• Multi-discipline (architectural, structural, civil, electrical, and Mechanical) cost engineer/cost estimating, construction project management, scheduling, problem solving, planning, and organizing and managing estimating teams to exceed project goals.
• Skilled team leaders with the ability to manage teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Customized estimating for specialty type project, i.e., deactivation and decommissioning, level of effort, etc.
• Versed with phasing of estimates (charrette, schematic, design development, construction document, change order, Value Engineering, etc.).
• Ample infrastructure estimating experience includes site work, water system, electrical and mechanical systems, parking lots, monuments and more.
• Experience with Photovoltaic (PV) Cells and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations projects.
• Experienced with equipment/material/labor location factors including foreign countries.
• Creative thinking and organizational skills; effective listening and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work at client offices and deliver projects in a timely manner.
