Founded in 2020, our firm combines 24+ years of cost engineering expertise with the agility of a focused team to deliver clear, defensible project decisions. We develop bottoms-up and charrette estimates in Excel, PACES, and MII; build integrated Microsoft Project schedules that tie cost, scope, and
time; and perform rigorous QA/QC of existing estimates and schedules. With a track record supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Department of Energy (DOE), General Services Administration (GSA), and other public and private clients, we provide audit-ready documentation, transparent assumptions, and responsive collaboration. • Versed with phasing of estimates (charrette, schematic, design development, construction document, change order, Value Engineering, etc.).
• Ample infrastructure estimating experience includes site work, water system, electrical and mechanical systems, parking lots, monuments and more.
• Experience with Photovoltaic (PV) Cells and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations projects.
• Experienced with equipment/material/labor location factors including foreign countries.
• Creative thinking and organizational skills; effective listening and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work at client offices and deliver projects in a timely manner.
